What Does The Malu Mean - Collage Tattoo

This is also probably one of the more difficult questions in a long article I write for The Daily Beast. I’ve said it before but I would like to put that here

When the term Malu Malu was coined, it was almost synonymous with someone claiming to be a Malaysian in honor of Dr. Zara Khalidi, a doctor who was shot dead last year near Kuala Lumpur.

That’s pretty much the entire Malukya.

Malu’s is not one of those languages that’s really easy to learn. It’s a full and utter translation of Malayalam. So it may be easy to learn by itself but there’s a certain amount of confusion surrounding it. You also may not completely understand it, although some grammar teachers may say they’ll try. In actuality, the word Malu, as it literally mean foreign language, can mean anything and I’m just going to use it as an insult here, but this really is an easy language to learn. I’ll keep this off my end of the talk as I’m unsure what to make of this term or its origins.
