2. Ray Agnew He was a tremendous head coach (his offense, defense, and special teams had just as much influence as he played, as well).

3. Nick Young He is so talented that you’ll almost believe he is the best athlete in American football right now. I’ve never seen his play before (other than in my last week as a coach).

4. J.J. Watt He’s got all the tools that you need, but he’s also got the biggest nose for ball. So you don’t need him to be a starting quarterback, so he can make a great run, or maybe make it to the Super Bowl. He’s a special player.
