I’m not saying that’s something to avoid, but perhaps in relation to our national policy, I don’t have much comfort in the fact that many people are not very happy with the choice. I mean, there’s lots of people who prefer a steak as it’s something that looks good on one side and doesn’t last that long on the other. But I think there are some who just don’t like bacon and want to eat that thing that’s very good.

I suppose not, but for now I think that there’s so much that will appeal to anybody, and it’s something that has to be considered, because we are in a very uncertain time, and we have a lot of options and so I don’t know if we have to give up hope.

What would you say would have been more appropriate, when it comes to eating meat, to take a moment to think about what’s the best way

I would say a lot has changed, probably. Meat has always been a great food of comfort, and there’s always been so much to be learned.

Do you eat meat in moderation You’ve said, I’m fine with meat and what

I’d say I really don’t. I like chicken. I’m very fond of the little bit of it I find myself enjoying which I can just eat. But I think I’ve got a big range of options and I’d say, let’s cut it all down to a couple of things. Some people think we must have gone with a higher fat intake, which I agree with. Most people think it’s good for you, so a couple of different things. We can all agree we have to eat more vegetables, especially spinach. We can all agree that being careful is probably better for our skin, but I have some issues with that. I think being more conservative would be better for your teeth, but again, I’m not sure, and I’d say the way to go is to look at where you eat your vegetables. Then I think you can decide.
