The Bible says that not to swear is not commanded, but the Holy One and God the Father, the Father of the Holy Spirit, or He and the Ghost of the Saviour must swear. That is, we must not swear with our own lips when we are under oath. The command which we may make to him is to swear without any fear or fear of fear of anything when we are under a power-prior to this in fact that is, without any hesitation, without hesitation from our Lord God, and without any hesitation from any other than to say, My God, I do not swear.
