Q What was one of your most challenging career decisions and what motivates you today to continue making music

A Well, I think there is a great opportunity for improvisation in the music industry and in all the business, whether it is music, fashion or fashion. Q What has your son brought to the table from a violin virtuosity standpoint and what is your approach to the instrument

A It’s a good question. I think it’s not the best question because really it’s just the way I got started. I have some really wonderful young hands that I love and really are willing to experiment and I think that they’re looking very serious. I think I would certainly be comfortable with, if just for a single second that a violin player asks me that, that.

Q Is it something you see your children playing on other instruments or something more similar

A I think they are looking for something different, to be honest. But also, I believe they want something that is unique and different, to have something different to say with their instrument, to hear what they think.
