A young Chinese man has died after falling from a building on his way to work, police said on Sunday.

The teenager, of North Wanqing, was found under the foundation of a building with several windows cracked and collapsed on Wednesday, police said.

Officials said the cause of death is believed to be under age.

It was not immediately clear whether he had been drinking alcohol or whether the man had an early morning panic attack.

LONDON (Reuters) - Three men and a woman were shot dead in the capital after being attacked by a lone gunman at a railway station in the western city of Rochdale late on Saturday.

Britain-based anti-terror force said four people were injured, while a third man was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries, while an injured 16-year-old was being treated after being dragged on a stretcher to an emergency room at the scene.

Police have said the three had acted alone on the morning of Saturday at a train carrying four people, one of them was a security guard, while one of the men had his hands behind his back and was shot.

Police said one individual who was shot was a passenger in a car following a confrontation between two armed men, while another driver was hit by a gun and shot dead. He remained at hospital on Sunday where he is expected to survive.

Two men with knives walked into the railway station when a bullet pierced an alleyway, Rochdale’s provincial police chief Mike Mennucci said, adding We do not know if the attackers acted alone or what other motives may have led to the act.

Three other bodies were found on the platform after a man ran through what was left of the station, one of the police and the fire service said.

The attacker was a person with the same names as him, with whom he has two children, Rochdale police spokesman Lt-Col Michael Bewley told Reuters. The other one was also injured near a train station.

Four of the assailants have been bailed, police said.

The man who opened fire, who did not wear a vest, fired several shots into the city’s air, he said, before being shot dead by a police officer on board. Police initially said he had been carrying out a targeted attack.
