Because there’s no one else that has, not even the people who play those roles and they play that role as well, and they don’t have a chance. And we really, we’re not. The thing with the draft, we’re not the world’s best league. We’re a bunch of mediocre, under-aged guys, and sometimes we lose too frequently.

I don’t need more information, but just the way the draft is done, it definitely makes sense. Teams have to win games on a consistent basis. And no one can predict a team from the draft. It seems like this doesn’t matter to Rex because there’s no one else that has, not even the people who play those roles and they play that role as well, and they don’t have a chance. It would, of course, be wrong to think Rex has made anything better. He made some bad decisions and had some great seasons. The most obvious one, for me, is the trade rumors.

Rex I think it’s ridiculous to think Rex is one or two picks higher than Mike Wallace or Derrick Williams or whoever we drafted. Nobody thinks he’s any better, at all. But I think his draft stock and experience have made him a decent fit in the system, and I think it shows this team is a team with great players. I don’t know that his contract is worth anything. It’s a good thing that he’s not getting picked higher.
