O’Donnell said more focus, and more time, can be paid for by pianists at other institutions throughout the country, like Drexel.

The piano community does have a very small percentage of students being exposed to a piano and they’ll be more of a focus, but at the same time they have a really wide repertoire they want to show to their peers, he said.
