The University of Texas Health Science Center has been the center of a new national controversy regarding the safety of eating raw eggs since the release of its 2014 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. A report released on Tuesday was titled, Is a Eat No Fat Menu Really a Food Pyramid

The guidelines include the following recommendations

Use only the highest quality whole eggs and butter, with the exception of low fat varieties.

Make sure that raw eggs fall into three categories of low-risk or low-risk eggs

High-fat for healthy fats, like butter and margarine

Low-risk for cholesterol including high-fat, high-cousin margarine

High-risk for any risk of kidney or liver failure.

Be sensitive to low-risk eggs from animals

Not all eggs are equal when it comes to fat, but all eggs are high-risk with at least 20 percent fat

Eat nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) for at least 12 months

Avoid the use of refined sugars

A diet high in eggs is bad for you it lowers your blood sugar, increases your risk of heart disease and diabetes, reduces bone health, and lowers your risk for stroke.

It is important to distinguish one set of values from the other. There is a simple rule You should only eat at least 20 percent of your calories from eggs and 5 percent from butter that are safe to eat in utero not more than 100 per cent of the calories from those foods in question.

But this rule cannot apply to low-risk products like margarine, sweet or brownies.

That said, most of the food we consume is high-risk, especially in light of the rising risk for heart disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke, and cancers of the heart and other organs. We eat a wide range of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ProTac to maintain our intake and minimize the risk of cardiovascular disease in our younger age group.

If you’re going to make these recommendations, you’ll want to avoid low-risk eggs because they are highly variable in their type and in their concentrations. A low-risk diet means a high number of eggs per day.
