J We’re all on a team. We’re looking at it. We’re not afraid. For the most part we do good work. The best people just do the best.

A We know that’s part of life, as does it with other things. You don’t believe in yourself or what others think. You just live it. Because we all have our secrets. No one ever knew. It’s how you live it.

J Our team has a lot of good people. There are a lot of good people who work really hard, are responsible for things, they just have to put their best foot forward. Every time we come for a meeting we always try to be better than everyone else. The best guys never work harder because there aren’t really any good people there.

A Do you feel like you’re a good leader this year

J There’s so many great members of our team. I think everyone loves that you’re good.

A Would you say you feel the same way about your job, too

J I think it’s true. I think it’s great that I’m here so people can see I’m in it, and so we can try to do things to get better. That’s what I’ve done so far.

A Is doing so well that you feel less stressed

J Yeah. I guess I’m relaxed. I guess that’s like it. The most important thing, my wife’s going to be married in a few months and she doesn’t really need any help right now.

A What do you think of the whole situation with your boss

J It’s difficult for a job as a manager because you get pushed and then you go and learn, and then eventually you move on. It’s hard when it gets out of hand. You do what you’ve always done. And that keeps going, and I never stop, so my wife’s got her own way of
