How do I know if a grant can be used
For any grant applications for which the recipient of the grant must be an individual, including the specific term of the grant, you must provide the address of the particular institution to which the application is being mailed and the name and billing address of the recipient. For the same reasons, you may also choose to provide the recipient’s name only. By giving the address provided in the form of an address letter as well, your grant application should include the recipient’s name (as well as a list of all relevant recipients) in the following form

National Center for Education Statistics, U.S. Office of Management and Budget

The specific recipient of any grant that provides information for the recipient of the grant must submit a complete list of the programs to be selected and a fee-for-access receipt with information for determining whether the program will be used. A fee-for-access receipt with information for determining whether an aid program may be used can be obtained from the Office of Grants and Programs Division.
