What Is A Service Grant - Hardship Grants Provide You Fast Cash

It is called a grant to provide service if there has not been a successful completion of an application by the Secretary of State. It is used to provide the Service Director of an application or project. It is used only for a project that was submitted to a State or to a Federal government agencies on the basis of the information specified in or on a document provided to the Secretary by the Secretary. This subsection contains an application fee and fee schedule as they are applied to the application fee for grants and grants under this heading, and a schedule of application fees, including the schedule for applications under section 28 of this chapter. See also Subchapter B of chapter 10 of title 38, United States Code.

(d) Not applicable. No requirement on the application fees of applicants under this section is applied in the case that an applicant makes a claim for service under this Act.

Sec. 28-5-102. Notice. An application fee for renewal of service of a Federal agency under this Act must be received by the Secretary of State, an agency that was charged a service fee, the Director of Management’s office, or other official specified under this title and paid a service fee on or before January 1, 1995, after approval of any amendment to this act, if the applicant is found to be in compliance with any of the provisions of the service grant, service bond transfer agreement, or the plan or schedule required by this statute, any plan or schedule of payments to the Secretary, or any plan or schedule of payments to the Office of the Secretary, or any plan, schedule, or plan of payments to any Federal agency.
