The policy will encourage more funding to assist organisations and local communities across Australia, improve workforce conditions and ensure that our government delivers on our promise towards equal opportunity and inclusion for all. All the Government will do is try and do more to make sure that there is a national plan that is consistent with this national vision.

How long will it take before all these other programs and schemes are implemented

The National Broadband Network has been a significant part of that national plan. The National Broadband Network and its implementation continues to be a priority, with more programmes rolled out every year.

The plan would include the implementation of an Australian Network and Local Partnership (ANLP), an Australian Network Service Agreement (ANISTA), an Australian Network Investment Agreement and an Australian Network Programme Review.
