The waiver process is simple You file an application for an administrative grant.

After reviewing all of the information in the application, or if no information is provided, a state official will consider the evidence the applicant submittedincluding your name, address, social security number, employer title, address, county where you live, your employment history, your Social Security number, and more. When the official reports these information to the Office of Personnel Management, the person that made your application will sign the consent form. If the agent for that agency refuses to confirm or deny your requested waiver, the agency that issued the waiver will immediately suspend grant approval unless it appears that the waiver was not approved or if it has violated state law or the Administrative Guidelines of the government.
